Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service for UGC AdMaker, operated by Brandscalez Digital Enterprise ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

This AUP defines what users can and cannot do when using our AI video generation, voice cloning, and avatar creation tools.

Using the Service means you agree to follow this Policy.

1. General Principles

You agree to use UGC AdMaker only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes.

You must ensure that:

• All content you upload is authorized and legally permitted
• Any likenesses, images, or voices you use belong to you OR you have obtained explicit written permission
• Your generated content does not harm, mislead, or confuse real individuals

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this AUP.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

A. Illegal or Harmful Activities

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates any local, national, or international law
• Promotes violence, harm, or harassment
• Contains threats or calls for real-world harm
• Facilitates illegal activities
• Encourages self-harm or dangerous actions

B. Impersonation & Unauthorized Likeness

You may not:

• Impersonate any real person without their consent
• Create AI avatars or cloned voices of people without their written permission
• Upload images or voice data of individuals you do not own the rights to
• Generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content involving real identities
• Create deepfakes designed to mislead viewers into believing a person said or did something they did not

You are solely responsible for obtaining consent and ensuring compliance with likeness rights.

C. Deceptive, Fraudulent, or Misleading Content

You may not use the Service to:

• Produce content meant to deceive viewers
• Create false news, fabricated evidence, or manipulated political messaging
• Misrepresent a person, business, or organization
• Produce misleading commercial claims
• Falsely endorse products or services on behalf of someone without their permission

D. Harassment, Abuse, or Hateful Content

You may not generate content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, racist, or extremist
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or intended for adult content
• Abusive, malicious, or harassing toward individuals or groups

E. Copyright & Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

• Upload copyrighted materials without permission
• Generate content that infringes trademarks or IP rights
• Create derivative works intended to violate existing copyrights

F. Unsafe or Restricted Content

You may not use the Service to generate:

• Medical, legal, or professional advice
• Dangerous instructional content
• Malware or harmful code
• Election interference content
• Any content prohibited by our AI providers

3. Restrictions on Voice Cloning

Because voice cloning can be sensitive:

Users must NOT:

• Upload someone else's voice without their explicit permission
• Clone a public figure's voice for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Use cloned voices for robocalls, spam, or identity fraud

We reserve the right to disable voice cloning for users suspected of misuse.

4. Restrictions on AI Human Avatars

AI avatars must NOT be used to:

• Impersonate real individuals without consent
• Create sexually explicit content
• Produce political, violent, or extremist material
• Mislead audiences into believing a real person is speaking
• Violate the policies of our AI providers (Google Nanobanana, OpenAI, ElevenLabs)

5. Platform Integrity

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems
• Bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use automation, bots, or scraping tools
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Interfere with the platform's performance or security

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, contact us immediately:

We investigate all abuse reports.

7. Enforcement

We may take any of the following actions upon violation:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Deletion of violating content
• Reporting serious violations to authorities
• Legal action where necessary

Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.

8. Updates

We may update this AUP periodically.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new versions.
