By subscribing to UGC AdMaker, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
While AI processing involves significant non-recoverable computing costs, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- First-Time Purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your first-time purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction, provided you have used fewer than 2 video generation credits.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact support@ugcadmaker.ai with your account details and the reason for the request.
All refunds are processed via our secure payment partner.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits.
4. AI Credits & Usage Limits
Subscription limits are clearly displayed during checkout.
Using any generation credits or AI features counts as usage for refund evaluation.
Unused credits do not qualify for prorated refunds.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to:
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Cancellation of all generated content access
We work directly with our payment partner to resolve disputes. Please contact us at support@ugcadmaker.ai before initiating any dispute.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
