Refund Policy

Last Updated: January 4th, 2025

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through UGC AdMaker, operated by Brandscalez Digital Enterprise ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

All payments, subscriptions, taxes, and invoices are processed by our protected payment processor. Their billing and transaction terms also apply to all purchases.

By subscribing to UGC AdMaker, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

UGC AdMaker operates on a subscription-only model. Each subscription includes access to AI-powered tools for generating videos, avatars, voice clones, and related content.

Because AI processing incurs real computing and licensing costs, refunds are limited.

2. No Refund Policy

UGC AdMaker offers a free trial that allows users to sign up, receive free credits, and fully experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

Because we provide this free access to test our AI tools, and because AI processing incurs significant non-recoverable computing costs, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments.

All sales are final. By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to try the Service and are satisfied with it.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

4. AI Credits, Generations, or Usage Limits

Subscription limits are clearly displayed during checkout.

Using any generation credits or AI features counts as usage for refund evaluation.

Unused credits do not qualify for prorated refunds.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Cancellation of all generated content access

We work directly with our payment processor to resolve disputes.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy periodically.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
