Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through UGC AdMaker, operated by Brandscalez Digital Enterprise ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
All payments, subscriptions, taxes, and invoices are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Their billing and transaction terms also apply to all purchases.
By subscribing to UGC AdMaker, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
UGC AdMaker operates on a subscription-only model. Each subscription includes access to AI-powered tools for generating videos, avatars, voice clones, and related content.
Because AI processing incurs real computing and licensing costs, refunds are limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
A. If You Generated Only One (1) Ad/Video
If you subscribe and generate one AI video (or ad) and then request a cancellation:
- You are eligible for a refund minus a $10 platform fee
- (to cover AI compute, processing, and platform overhead).
This refund is processed once usage is verified.
B. If You Generated More Than One (1) Ad/Video
If you generate two or more videos/ad outputs:
No refunds will be issued.
This is because AI compute usage, model licensing, and processing costs have already been consumed.
C. Billing Errors, Duplicate Charges, or Technical Issues
A full or partial refund may be granted if:
- You were charged twice by mistake
- Lemon Squeezy failed to process a cancellation in time
- A system error prevented you from using the platform
- A critical technical issue prevented successful output generation
Such cases are evaluated individually.
3. Situations NOT Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Quality dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
- Not understanding how the platform works
- Unauthorized use of your account
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Content creation that violates our Acceptable Use Policy
- Exceeding subscription limits
Subscriptions are non-refundable once usage exceeds one generated ad.
4. AI Credits, Generations, or Usage Limits
Subscription limits are clearly displayed during checkout.
Using any generation credits or AI features counts as usage for refund evaluation.
Unused credits do not qualify for prorated refunds.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to:
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Cancellation of all generated content access
We work directly with Lemon Squeezy to resolve disputes.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact:

- Screenshot/proof if applicable
Refund evaluations typically take 2–5 business days.
7. Merchant of Record
All payments are handled by:
Lemon Squeezy – Merchant of Record
Their Terms of Service, Refund Rules, and Tax Policies apply.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
